Hailsham Signal Box

This photograph captures London, Brighton and South Coast Railway (LB&SCR) K class 2-6-0 steam locomotive No. 32351 at Hailsham Signal Box. 

The locomotive was designed by Lawson Billinton. 

It was one of 17 K class locomotives built between 1913 and 1921. 

The image shows the locomotive in British Railways (BR) mixed-traffic black livery. 

The K class locomotives were withdrawn from service and scrapped between 1961 and 1962.
