3. Placing an Order

  • Your Order is an Offer: When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the Goods from us. Receiving an order acknowledgement email from us does not mean your order has been accepted.

  • Our Acceptance: Your order is only accepted, and a contract is formed, when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email.

  • Right to Decline: We reserve the right to decline your order for any reason at any time before we send the Dispatch Confirmation.

  • Stock: Our website displays our current stock. If an item is not in stock, it will be marked as "Currently Unavailable."

4. Price & Payment

  • VAT: All prices shown on our Website include UK Value Added Tax (VAT).

  • International Orders (Customs & Duties): For all orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, you are the importer of record. You will be solely responsible for paying all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country's authorities.

  • Price Changes: Prices and delivery charges may change, but this will not affect orders for which we have already sent a Dispatch Confirmation.

6. Delivery Issues (Damage, Non-Delivery, or Returns)

    • We can resend the order once you have paid this return fee and the cost of the new re-shipping.

  • Ownership vs. Copyright: When you buy a print, you are buying the physical item only. You are not buying the copyright or any rights to reproduce the image.

  • Rights Remain with Owner: The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the images remain fully vested in the original photographer, artist, or copyright holder.

  • Your Obligations: You must not mount, frame, package, alter, or market the prints in any way that suggests you own the copyright or that might infringe upon the copyright holder's rights.

8. Handling Copyright Claims

If any claim is made against you alleging that a print infringes a third party's copyright, you must:

  1. Notify us immediately.

  2. Allow us to conduct all negotiations and legal defence.

  3. Provide us with all reasonable assistance.

  4. Not make any admissions or settlements that could prejudice our defence.

9. Your Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will maintain, hold, and use the personal information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All data is stored securely and processed in line with current UK data protection legislation (including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018).

10. Restrictions on Website Use (Anti-Scraping)

You agree not to use any content from this website for any commercial purpose, or in any way that harms our brand or infringes on our or our licensors' rights.

You are strictly forbidden from using any robot, bot, scraper, or other automated system or device to access, retrieve, index, or "data-mine" any content from this Website.
