Polegate railway station

This image captures a moment in time at the Polegate railway station in East Sussex, England. 

The photo was taken around 1978. 

The building shown in the image is the original station building, which was built in the mid-Victorian era. 

The station was closed in 1968, but the building was rescued and renovated in the mid-1980s.

 
It has since been converted into a bed and breakfast, known as "The Old Station".
